I was looking on the Xirui Instagram, they have quite a lot of videos of blade production (quite interesting). Found some info which might be relevant to some of the blades you've tested.
Firstly are hair shaper blades, they show the stamping and crimping the spines on/wrapping the blade. They show blades with Tifonly and Fpaiher wrappers (although you already knew the Tifonly and Fpaiher where the same), and a piece of Jiefcnel packaging used on another piece of machinery (although no Jiefcnel marked blades).
Also on one of their websites they show packaging options, including Fpaiher blade with an XR wrapper, and elsewhere on the site Tifonly Spacily with Fpaiher tape.
Regarding the Shanghai vs Jiangxi location for some of the hair shaper blades, Xirui's first factory was in Shanghai, but they moved to Jiangxi in 2015 (according to here), so potentially older stock and maybe different production equipment in different factories.
A bit of a moot point with the hair shaper blades as they don't seem shaving quality, but a data point knowing they come from the same factory.
In terms of other blades Xirui produces, they seem to make the Van Der Hagen Basics blades judging by the scrap of packaging cardboard attached to the blade wrapping machine.
They also make Gentleman Jon (tucks being packed here)
They also make Shaving Revolution (half blades being wrapped here, picture is of inner wrapper)
They also seem to make Gocelle blades (and also Gvcmlle)
