Just got an email from Blackland Razors that they have purchased ATT from the owners and that ATT will be located in the Blackland facility and run by the Blackland team. Which ATT products will be sold is undetermined at this time. It appears that any ATT products sold will be made in the USA.

Although...I know some will disagree, I would rather Blackland take over Charcoal Goods instead of ATT 
I woke up to find emails from both companies. I am happy to see this. As an owner of razors from both, I know Blackland will do justice to ATT.

When I saw this, it reminded me of Mercedes-Benz buying Chrysler in '98.

Excellent. ATT made some very fine razors.
Prior to this announcement, ATT razors were ridiculously gone forever.
One quality manufacturer revives another one. Win-Win!
This will actually stop this happening to the previous productions prior to the closing and the acquisition.
