I just bought an NDC fat handle gold tech from Cerealx59. Since I got it for this PIF he is sending an NDC user grade tech gratis for this PIF, or the next one which will start up as soon as this one is over.

This will give me abuot 15 Gillettes to PIF, some that I bought for good prices on BST and some that are being contributed by members.

And it just keeps on getting better. A member offered me a few razors and some soap. They arrived today: 4 razors, several tubs of cream, several pucks of soap, several jars of shave jelly; and aftershave.

A case of Arko shave sticks from another member; 15 I think I counted.

Three offers today alone for more razors.

Plus miscellaneous shave sticks, creams, blades, almost too many things to remember them all.

Reminder to all that once this PIF is over Sunday night, I'll be starting a new ongoing one, no end date; it will run until I don't have anything left.

I really think this is one of the best PIFs I've seen. All of them are great, but I am amazed and thankful for the great amount of work you're putting into this. The thoughtfulness, generosity, and support of people like you and those who have helped with this, make all of our sacrifices worthwhile. At the rate I'm being offered razors, I think I can stop cruising BST. I just got another offer for several more Gillette's and a whole bunch of blades. I don't have an exact count, but it's close to 20 DEs, over a case of Arko shave sticks, probably over 100 blades, 6-8 tubs of cream, soaps, shave jellies, over a dozen boars, some AS balms, and other gear I can't quite remember.

So come on down, all Active Duty men and women and get a piece of this PIF. There's plenty for this go around and an extended on I'll put up after this.

B&B, this is all possible due entirely to your generosity. I thought this would be one and done, but it's taken on a life of its own. If nothing else, it's keeping me off the streets and out of trouble. I do, however, have to take time to get my butt kicked at pool.

I see you found the Active Duty checkin thread. You should have the badge in less than a week (Phil's pretty on top of that thread), but since you PMed me your APO, I'll consider you entered. How many guys do you have interested in DE shaving? You should try to get them to join B&B, check in as Active Duty, and post to this thread.

BTW, since you asked in your PM, PIFs work like this: I send you something for nothing other than I'm a generous guy and appreciate your service to the country, and down the line, when you can afford to, you do the same for someone else, not for me; PIF means Pay it Forward.

5 sounds right, I haven't been keeping exact track I'll be going through the replies to note them all tomorrow. On a good note, it looks like everyone will probably be getting something. I currently have 15 full size and 2 travel size razors, with several more coming in next week, 16 Arko shave sticks, 4 tubs of cream 6+ pucks, several tubes of cream, a box of boar brushes, 5 jars of shave jelly and a veritable plethora of blades. There's a good bit more gear coming in, so, as I said, I will be starting a new PIF next week to offer it all to the troops. If contributions keep coming in, it might go on for a few months. It all depends on how long my own wallet and member contributions hold out. A couple of the razors I almost want to keep for myself, but I'll just have to bite the bullet on that

I'd have to go back and check my PMs to be sure, but I think it's supposed to be good for waterless shaving.

Sounds interesting. I have a shave gel (actual gel, not the canned goo) I've used once or twice when I was running a little late for work. Sounds like it could be used the same way.

Might be about the same. I have no experience with hair gel. Buzz cut since '03. Real long hair for over 30 years before that.
