Hi Pen Fans!
This week, we will be announcing a new pen within the Production Line!
These new pens are on the way to retailers now, so we can't announce it quite yet. So for now, we're putting out a little teaser!
The pic below is of the materials that we will be using.
We will announce this officially on Thursday, so stay tuned!
And just to clarify, this pen is totally different than a new filling system that I alluded to in a previous blog post. The pen with the new filling system is about 2-3 weeks from being announced. So two new pens will make July a busy month at Edison!
Thanks!

Speaking of the DC Pen Show, who's going? I'm planning on being there Saturday and I've been saving up my pennies! My big concern now is whether to go vintage or go with something like an Edison? Hmmmm...:confused1

It's hard not to be tempted by vintages at pen shows. Once I get my hands on things that I had only heard about before, I go crazy. Plus, once you buy them, you can take them directly to some wise old pen sage and have any minor problems cleared up right away. Or you can buy a bunch of damaged pens and parts and start rebuilding them as soon as you get home. I get dizzy looking at the new stuff too, but I can at least comfort myself by knowing that I can still order them on line when I get home. That burning urge to BUY!!!! is strong with both, but I feel it more with the vintage pens.

I know what you mean. I've only been to two pen shows, but I came home with vintage goodies both times (a Wahl Eversharp Skyliner, a Parker Challenger, a Parker Vacumatic, an Esterbrook "J", and an Eberhard Faber "project pen."). I will probably wait and see what Brian Gray unveils with the new Edisons before I make a decision.

Does he currently make any Eyedropper pens?

Other than that, I'm pretty sure magic is involved. Accio Ink! Aparicium, and Impervious may also be used somehow.

I think any of his current pens can be eyedroppered, He will even send them eyedropper ready if you ask.

He suggests, seal the threads (silicone) on the nib/feed, and the body. Ready to go...

Ah. I should do more research before posting. :)

Looks like the Edison announcement will be delayed for a bit.

Hi Pen Fans.We had a huge storm come through Ohio last night. Our power has been out for the last 18 hours.
This means that the new pen that I wanted to announce today might have to wait until we have power back. Right now, I'm at a coffee shop with really weak WiFi.
So please be patient. I'll get this new pen announced as soon as I possibly can.
If I'm slow with emails today, you'll know why.
