I've been known to push it to 5 per blade, but generally like to keep my max at 4 and often change out a 3. There were a couple I changed after the first shave, but that's because I didn't like the blade, not because it was getting dull. After all, they're cheap enough, so I don't sweat trying to get the last bit of sharp out of a blade. Now if they were carts...

I get 3-4 shaves out of my favourite Lord SS. I shave only half my face (goatee and moustache) but the total number of shaves vary a lot depending on the blade; Feather 1-2 shaves, Elios 4-5 shaves and 4 Dorcos ST-301 in one shave.
Two shaves in my open combs (Muhle R41 and Joris), tho I might occasionally squeak out a third.
I have a large stash of Gillette "Swedes" (stocked up when they were still available) and get 10-11 shaves per blade.
I have only used a few Feathers, but I can get 5 comfy shaves, I did 6 once and it was ok, but 5 is good... Havent tried enough blades to have a true fave, but so far the feathers and Rapira's are the ticket.
I say 3-4 but that face and head shaving counted as one shave , to break it down 2 face and 2 head and face and done for most blades but then I rarely push it to the limit I could probally get more shaves out of it , but sunday is the long leasure shave and I like a new blade
Feathers 2 shaves and done. Chinese Schick injector blades are average 6 to 7 shaves.
I get 4 than out using Feather, Bolzano and Med Preps. That works for me but it isn't necessarily going to work for the next guy.
I typically get 3 to 4 shaves per blade but they are so cheap I will discard a blade after 1 or 2 shaves if its not performing well.

I get a new blade every Sunday and shave every other day (4 uses per blade). Sometimes I skip Saturday (3 uses per blade) and sometimes - if the razor seems extra keen or if I'm on vacation or for some other good reason - I'll push it an extra day (5 uses per blade). But almost always 4.
I'm lucky. The blades I prefer are comfortable and inexpensive. No more than 4 uses and out. And if I feel like it, 1 use and out. Life is short so it might as well be comfortable. I've got around 400 blades that cost me less than US 10¢ apiece. I should worry?
I get 5-6 shaves out of a Personna Med Prep or Lab Blue, using a Muhle R89. I can push it further, but with the price of these blades being so low (compared to Gillette carts) I like to quit while I'm ahead.
'59 Fatboy with feathers, 3-4 passes, 5-6 shaves easy. I do not push them past that because it's not worth a bad shave!
I'm comfortable with 3-4 on most modern blades ( And I've tried all the favorites), 5 or maybe 6 with a Wilk Light Brigade, Gillette Spoiler or Gillette Plat Plus. I never really try to "push" blades. They're pretty cheap to replace.
I usually go 5 shaves with a blade. Granted the last shave isn't the best but it's generally DFS.
I get 4 good shaves per side of a DE so it's quite economical for me!
I get six (6), CCS's Mon-Sat with Sunday's off with Shark (my 'go-to'), Super Chrome blades.
