Blade: 7 AM Plus Hi Platinum. DAY # FIVE USEAGE.
Bowl: N/A
Soap/Cream: Cremo - Refreshing Mint, smells is great.
Brush/Instrument: Fingers/Omega Boar
Extra Stuff: Witch Hazel

Still using my Goodfellas' Smile Bayonetta, from Badger & Blade Member @Koop. Shave was three passes, with, across, & against the grain, using a Almost NEW FRESH - 7 AM Plus Hi Platinum, some Blade feel but just feedback, Shave went as easy as 1, 2, 3, Blade is Super Sharp, and, Efficient. Today was DAY # FIVE for using this Blade, came out of my Orphan Blade Ziplock. Blade sent message, aka feedback it was working good today, it was loud talking, and clear.

Shave today was Dam Fine Shave but did not achieving perfection rating, would be 9.97 +. Results were Darn Good because I payed a lot of attention to Technique, reaped rewards, of DFS for doing so. I do not & never will chase BBS, do but still got great Shave. This is an Ultra Heavy Weight Razor at 3.49 Ounces, Handle is nice & long so it like having baseball bat in hand. FOUR Grand Slam Shaves in Row. Last observation about the Goodfellas' Smile Bayonetta Razor is it Clamp Down Blade so there is NO Blade Movement or Blade Chatter this is a flipping excellent shaving tool.

As usual, the Blackbird does not disappoint. It gives me a close shave that's both very efficient and comfortable. Stirling soap is easy to lather and provides very good slickness. Excellent shave today.

This is a blade I haven't used in ages and deserved another try as it fared pretty well in the past. And so it was today. At least with this razor, it delivered a very, very good shave: smooth and close with no irritation.

Dear Dave, could you kindly tell me more about your Shelby shaving soap? Is it a US artisan? Is it tallow or tallow-free (sorry, the razor's head partially covers the ingredients list). Please, also add your thoughts on it. Thanks!

Hi, Marco. Wet the Face is an artisan brand based in Long Island, New York. The Shelby series is vegetarian, but the do have tallow offerings. This is a soft cream, so I scoop some out into my bowl rather than load the brush direct. The scent is wonderful!
