One more for Cheap Week. The brush has a story. It is a Jayaruh brush, made by a craftsman in North Carolina who does it more as a hobby. Usually, he uses wood from his property and surrounding areas, but this one was made from the nub end of a Louisville Slugger baseball bat. It has a Whipped Dog silvertip knot. Total cost was about as much as a good boar brush.

Hiya Cal lovely razor and photographic composition by the way; does your homebrew caffe latte aftershave smell of lovely morning coffee then LOL? still using your Hogwarts "Steam Train" fragrance - Good suggestion - Thanks mate.

Acquired a synthetic Dragons Blood fragrance and it wasn't the best so made my own - it's only 4 ingredients - Patchouli, Rose, Bitter Orange and Cedar - I used real essential oils; much better.

Also got a bottle of synthetic Lime, Basil and Mandarin and it was a bit yucky so did my own mix with real oils - totally different to the cheap fragrance.

Wrights Coal Tar bar Soap.
Brush: Omega 10066.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl: Tesco's Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.
Lather: Proraso Sensitive Shaving Soap.
Blade: Voskhod Teflon Coated. (D2)
Razor: Parker 24C.

Post:
Cold Water Face Rinse./Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's,/Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse./Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With Care+Witch Hazel./Benjamin's mentholated bay rum. /L'0REAL Soothing Birch Sap PSB.

I’m so glad that I've revisited the Voskhod blade they have paired together with the Parker 24C wonderfully. The balance of both the efficiency from the razor & smoothness from the blade is a great combo.

A close comfortable 2 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of L'0REAL Soothing Birch Sap PSB.

My face is feeling smooth, & smelling divine.
