@Phoenixkh Kim, could you please weigh your SS La Faulx head with your Ti Crown handle and also weigh your SS La Faulx head separately?? Thank you for your help!

I have a couple Ti Crown handles cause like so many here I love the handle!
The La Faulx SS razor head.. no blade... is 30.9 grams. The Timeless Ti Crown (polished finish) is 43.6. I didn't weigh all of my Ti Crown handles. I'll do that one day... to see if there is any variance in their weights.

When I weighed them together, the complete razor and handle weighed 74.50 grams... It did fluctuate between 74.4 and 74.5... due to the resolution being limited to .1 gram. The .4 blinked to a .5 off and on.... so I'm guessing, even after I let it settle, it is rounding it up to 74.5 grams.

@Phoenixkh Thank you Kim for the information. Very helpful.

Do you have a photo with your La Faulx head on the Timeless Crown handle??
I didn't take a photo of it by itself but here it is among my SS/Titanium family of razors: It's the 3rd from the left:

Good afternoon, whilst I like many others are awaiting the completion of the Paradigm TI DB from the second preorder - last Thursday I went and ordered the Ultra baseplate for the La Faulx razor. I'm really liking the ++ baseplate on the La Faux (only used twice, so far with either a Feather Pro or Proline P30) - but wanted something a little bit more.

I'm not sure where you reside.... Amazon is the easy answer until you find the blade you like.... BullGoose usually has a good selection as well...I'm sure there are a few other small shops from which you can buy them.

We're all different, but I just retried all my AC blades earlier this year... Kai Captain unguarded Titan "Mild" Pink blades came out on top.... I also like the guarded Kai Captain guarded Protouch blades as well. If you want to bump up the efficiency of the La Faulx Classic, the Feather ProSuper blades seem to work well for me in that regard without sacrificing the smoothness and comfort level.

After you find the blade you like, the least expensive place I've found is the Bay... buying in bulk from Japan. I end up paying between $8 and $9 a package when I buy them in boxes of ten packages, so 150 guarded blades or 200 unguarded blades.. Both Feather and Kai blades are available that way.

I got the No. 9 head (SS, as machined, 0.5 gap) recently. I went for it partly because Sascoman here said it felt like a more efficient Overlander, which is one of my favorite razors. I'm just one shave in but it was a great one. Great audio feedback, smoothness similar to the Overlander or the classic La Faulx plate, but with a Kai blade it felt more efficient. Will see how it performs in shaves ahead but I'm super happy with my purchase so far!

Is that head angle specific?
It kind of looks like it'd be or am I wrong?

Guys, could you recommend me the LaFaulx plate? I prefer my Vector with KAI Protouch MG and my ATT X1 with Kai titan mild. Thanks

The classic was milder and more comfortable than the X1 when I compared them both when the La Faulx was doing the rounds. And way smoother than the Vector. Are you looking for more of the same or something a little different?

I really want to try the plus plate before recommending it over the classic. However, if the plates are similar to the Vestige I'd absolutely go for the plus.

I have been contemplating a No 7 SS head in the 1.5 gap, with an alternative handle. After sampling the No 7 during a pass around, I was not completely certain about the handle weight and size. But this image has me re-considering everything. :)
