Agreed. Balanced very well and doesn’t feel too heavy or bulky. My stainless steel La Faulx weighs 104 grams on my scale (website says 107). I find it to be very well balanced.

The La Faulx SS razor head.. no blade... is 30.9 grams. The Timeless Ti Crown (polished finish) is 43.6. I didn't weigh all of my Ti Crown handles. I'll do that one day... to see if there is any variance in their weights.@Phoenixkh Kim, could you please weigh your SS La Faulx head with your Ti Crown handle and also weigh your SS La Faulx head separately?? Thank you for your help!
I have a couple Ti Crown handles cause like so many here I love the handle!
I didn't take a photo of it by itself but here it is among my SS/Titanium family of razors: It's the 3rd from the left:@Phoenixkh Thank you Kim for the information. Very helpful.
Do you have a photo with your La Faulx head on the Timeless Crown handle??
I also placed my La Faulx Classique order last week!I just purchased the La Faulx Classique as an early birthday present. I have very little experience with SE razors. What are the best places to buy blades??
Is that head angle specific?I got the No. 9 head (SS, as machined, 0.5 gap) recently. I went for it partly because Sascoman here said it felt like a more efficient Overlander, which is one of my favorite razors. I'm just one shave in but it was a great one. Great audio feedback, smoothness similar to the Overlander or the classic La Faulx plate, but with a Kai blade it felt more efficient. Will see how it performs in shaves ahead but I'm super happy with my purchase so far!

I'll pay more attention to this in coming shaves, but my first impression is that the sweet spot is slightly shallow, and very easy to dial into due to the audio feedback. Is that head angle specific?
It kind of looks like it'd be or am I wrong?
Shallow is good, I like shallow!!I'll pay more attention to this in coming shaves, but my first impression is that the sweet spot is slightly shallow, and very easy to dial into due to the audio feedback.
Guys, could you recommend me the LaFaulx plate? I prefer my Vector with KAI Protouch MG and my ATT X1 with Kai titan mild. Thanks
I have been contemplating a No 7 SS head in the 1.5 gap, with an alternative handle. After sampling the No 7 during a pass around, I was not completely certain about the handle weight and size. But this image has me re-considering everything.Thees images is from my previous SOTD posts on Instashaving this week.

If I was a betting man I’d say someone likes the Timeless Ti handle…I didn't take a photo of it by itself but here it is among my SS/Titanium family of razors: It's the 3rd from the left:
