My brand new Edwin Jagger DE89

wow, this thing is shiny!!!! The video doesn't do it justice. It is the most beautiful, perfectly balanced razor I have ever seen or held. I can't wait to shave with it.

& it's all good.

I just got my new DE89l tonight too, and it is truly a thing of beauty, and a superb smooth shaver! I am in love and I shall henceforth call him Eddy!

Edwin Jagger makes some truly beautiful razors, and they do indeed shave as well as they look, as you will soon discover...if you haven't already.

My wife bought me an EJ DE86 (black handle) for Christmas, and it is a treat to use.

From the looks of it, Eddy has found himself an older woman.

I have the Muhle equivalent. Same head with slightly different handle design. A fabulous razor!

The EJ89L can't be beaten for sheer quality. A gorgeous razor that shaves perfectly with a Feather.

EJ DE89 = This is, in my opinion, the finest modern Double Edge shaver on the market today.

I have the DE87 with the ivory handle -- a pleasure to see, hold, and use. If I'm not mistaken, the head is the same as on the DE89. I've been getting great results with Timor blades, but intend to try Feathers when I get more experience under my belt.

Good razor. That was my reentry into DE shaving. Have not regretted it at all. Works with a number of blades. My favorites are Feather Med Prep Personnas and Super Iridiums.
