Nice job on the review.
It has aged well, but it's not a Silvertip, it's a Super Badger.
Badger hair: plucking hair (1st Grade Super Badger Hair) the middle class badger.
Plucking hair is usually obtained from the back of the badger and the fiber tapers to the tips.

bristle length: 55 mm
handle length: 50 mm
Knot diameter: 25 mm
Handle: resin
Weight: 65g
