see part 1 in Straight razors
In the box of goodies were a couple DEs and some SEs. In addition to knowing nothing about straights, I know nothing about single edges.
First:
A Travel Tech and a Black Handle Super Speed.
No questions here, just showing off
Second:
Front: Back is marked STAR, inside STAR Made in USA (no blades)
Back Left: Valet Auto Strop Model C (no strop or blades)
Back Right: Keen Kutter Junior (one blade in razor)
So what can you tell me about the single edges? I think this is the model of Autostrop that I've seen where you can make blades by clipping a regular single edge blade but i'm not sure? Will the Star take normal single edge blades (I don't have any right now to try). If it does is this some cheap knockoff of a Gem or Everready, or is it worth giving it a whirl. Is it worth trying to find the blades for the Keen Kutter?
check out part 3 (in the brush section).
Thanks
