I have the shave soap and the scent was ok at first but now it is growing on me. I was wondering if you all would prefer to get an aftershave to use with the soap or just get the EDC. Both about the sam price for 10 ounces.

I much rather prefer the scent of the Aftershave over the cologne. Besides, the EDC doesn't last on me anyway, so I'd rather get the one I liked better if they were going to have the same longevity.

If so the aftershave would be a no brainer. Do they smell identical to tabac shave soap or slightly different? If different in what way.

Ehhh, I've read from a lot of guys here that say the soap smells like Tabac _____, but to me none of the fragrances really smell like the soap. The aftershave is just "dirtier" to me, real smoky, spicy and mannish. The EDT I can't comment on because it's been a while since I've smelled it, but the EDC is a lighter, fresher fragrance than the aftershave.
The aftershave has a far better staying power on my skin.
