Yeah good point. I have not even checked if it is legal in Ohio.
Unfortunately we have terrible laws here in VA, regarding the sale of alcohol, including state run liquor stores. Supposedly the absurd taxes of alcohol go to pay for road maintinence here in VA, but you'd never know it in Richmond....
