Quick shave

Welcome back! For a quick shave (or sometimes just feeling lazy) I use Neutrogena sensitive skin shaving cream or Barbasol or even both with the Neutrogena being applied first. Afterwards I feel like I missed out on something but at least the whiskers are gone.

cold water and a new blade
Get the brush wet, shave cream from a tube or tub (soft), face lather, one or two quick passes with a Tech, or a Schick or something not requiring much concentration. Probably done in 3 minutes.
I'm with the team that just wouldn't shave. I don't need the disappointment.
Use a cream. Or I just do 1 or 2 less thourough passes if using a soap.
Quick lathering soap or cream with synthetic brush and single pass.

I can eek out a 3-5min shave by face-lathering with
Proraso Red cream, Arko stick, Tabac Stick, Kiss My Face Cream;
Ball End Tech or a Schick Injector (G type); and
synthetic brush (no soaking required).
If I had less time, I'd buy a better alarm clock.
Edge gel & razor of choice.
Skip breakfast, face lather a stick with my synthetic and do one pass. Done in 5-6 minutes.
Just enough Noxzema on a wet face to make a shiny film. Then either I water down some Barbasol until it's very slick and on the edge of becoming liquid before applying it or I grab a dab of Godrej and just work up a quickie lather with my hand. 1 pass Atg or Xtg depending on how I'm feeling and maybe one or two small touch ups. It Doesn't take long.
The same as when I am not in a hurry.Shaving never takes longer than 5-6 minutes for me. 
After my hot shower (during which I wash my face and stubble well with regular soap) I simply re-wet my face with hot water and put on some shaving foam (usually Proraso green) from a can masaging it thoroughly into my stuble.
Than I take my trusty Mercur 34c (loaded with a Feather or a Persona or a Shark blade) and do a quick 4 pass shave (with the grain,across to the right,across to the left and against the grain).
The secret is to shave SMALL areas (around 3 sq cm) and perform ALL passes at the same time rewetting your face w/ a bit of hot water after each pass thus eliminating relathering.
So what I do is shave a 3 sq.cm area w/ the grain with shaving foam on it and than immediately re-wet the SAME area with a bit of hot water (I simply dip my finger into hot water and drag it over the particular area on my face) and shave the same area across the grain to the right than re-wet and shave the same area across the grain to the left and than re-wet and shave the same against the grain (yes the water reactivates the "invisible film" the shaving foam leaves and provides plenty of glide and slickness).
Than I move to the next area and do the same all over again ( I start on my half right cheek under my ear,move to the other half closer to my nose,moove to the right side of my neck than move to my left cheek and left side of the neck and leave my nose & mouth/chin areas for last)
I do this VERY fast (I have been shaving with a DE for more than 30 years so I have very good technique) and this way I do a complete 4 pass shave in around 5-6 minutes.
I have been shaving like this for ever and the result is BBS everytime not different from my leisurely 4 pass shave that I sometimes do on Sundays using a brush and shaving soap.

If I was pushed for time, I'd probably use a dripping wet hot facecloth, then load my Chinese Synthetic Silvertip with Proraso Green soap and do a quick face lather, then shave with a new Zaza Super Stainless blade in my Weishi 9306CL.
I'd use a facecloth dripping with cold water, then the alum, quickly clean the razor and brush and another dripping wet cold facecloth and finish with Mennen Skin Bracer
Probably no more than 10 minutes from start to finish
