I didn't read all 27 pages, but that's pretty damn funny. If anyone ever needed a wingman it was Stan the Man. Or not the man. Or whatever.

Oh wow been awhile since something on the internet made me laugh out loud like this did.
First time I've read that thread and got quite a laugh. I was enjoying a cigar in my garage with the door up and was worried the neighbors would think I was nuts.
just get some more posts (around 850) and then you can learn all about being a waiter

Ok, I am here now since you asked.
My Dad was Stan the Man as well. Said so on the side of his race car back in 1950. I didn't go by it except on one of my race cars which was a replica of his.
I was *really* confused the first time I saw the 'wingman' title! As in: Why, yes. I was once the wingman for Stan the Man. But how did B+B know??
I am *so* glad I didn't get the custom title of 'Son of....'
I am also *so* glad I don't know *that* Stan! As, I expect, are all the other Stans on B+B!

Agree. Whenever it comes up, I go back and read it and crack up all over again. On par with "Who's on First."
