Attended another Scotch tasting a couple of nights ago. A great whisky expert/presenter by the name of Ed Kohl. Really knew his stuff (check him out on facebook). Anyway, he reps some small producers and I was impressed by some of them. They are Tamdu, Arran and Kikhoman. If you get a chance, try them. The Kikhoman was "peaty" on the finish, but the others were not.

Had the Arran 10 year old and the Arran 100 proof Sauterne cask. Both excellent.
I have not seen this brand in the stores around hear. Tis pity!
