Talisker Dark Storm finally died - but will live on forever in my memory as a great flavor in the whisky-cherry sauce I made for the Christmas turkey

This was a birthday gift from ten years ago, always shared and always for some occasion. With one dram left in the bottle, I'm sharing that dram with my best friend.
The occasion? Life is good.
This only had a dram in it, as well. Making room for New Year's Eve sure is hell.

Really enjoyed this gifted bottle. Good bourbon at a good price, if you can find it.
Fitting as I start my "Year of Bourbon" I finish off the bottle that introduced me to straight bourbon ...
