Pinaud is a brand owned by American International Industries. They have owned Pinaud for 30 years or so as far as I can tell. They have been somewhat receptive to customer requests. In old threads here I have read about people asking them to make their shaving cream after discontinuing it...they did. They made a brushless cream and people asked for a lathering traditional cream.....they made it again. The point is, they seem to listen.
We at BandB have to be at decent part of who they hear from. I have to believe we are at least part of the reason they are suddenly becoming more popular in America. They also seem very interested in social media if you check out their site.
We should ask them to make, at least a limited run, of their discontinued aftershave or EDC products. They go for outrageous prices on the Bay. If enough asked, they might try it with one or two products. They just have to sell what they make really. They have the bottles and such already. They have the recipes. I think it's worth a try! They discontinued them during a time when wet shaving was losing popularity, it's been gaining for a while now.
Share it with your friends! Share it on Facebook. Spread it around. Spend 3-4 minutes and ask them to make one or all of these products again for a limited rime. Tell them we will buy them! If they think that there is a big enough market they just might.
