Repair or buy new tablet

Buy a new tablet.. in my experience with my customers and dealing with Apple in particular, the tolerances in tablets are so small that any damage, no matter how slight, is enough to put the entire unit in a Tailspin...

Maybe not today and maybe not tomorrow, but someday soon and for the rest of your life.. wait, sorry that's Casablanca...

I'm keeping this thread alive! I still haven't bought a tablet yet, I've been eyeing an Asus Zenpad 10. It's $175 and prime eligible at Amazon. Anyone have personal experience with it?

Not me, sorry.
We sell a lot of Apple and Samsung at my store (as well as some really cheap ones) and I prefer the Samsung over the Apple.

Sony makes some good tablets as well.
