Rapira Platinum Lux!

Got some of these on a whim and tried one today in an AS-D2 with some Catie's.

NICE. I kind of wonder if they're the same thing as Gillette Platinums. Absolutely effortless shave.

They are from different companies. Both are excellent blades for me.

Given the recent thread about issues people are having with these blades, glad to know you had a better experience.

I've been using a Rapira Platinum Lux this week as week, and getting great results. I've had good results from Rapira blades in general and the Platinum Lux blades are probably the best of them all.

I have no idea if something changed with them, me or both, but my experience was rough a few weeks ago, and I remember them being an excellent blade that I put above Voskhod and Personna (any). Oh well, such is life.
