Londons has the 50ml bottle of English Fern EDT in their discontinued items section, and they clearly state that all such items have been discontinued by Penhaligon's.
Penhaligon's Discontinuing 50ml English Fern EDT?

they still show 100ml as regular item, so i'm not panicked, yet!
It might be true. Last fall, Penhaligon's had 50 ml bottle on 50% off sale.
Penhaligon's isn't showing the 50ml EF, either. I can't say I'm all that busted up over it. I always felt the smaller bottles were a poor value.
When I was in the boutique at the Wynn picking up my bottle of Sartorial they didn't have any 50ml bottles.
They also had the shaving soap last year.
From what I have been able to gather, the English Fern range is being retired. All 100 plus years of it. What a waste. They are replacing it with Sartoiral as far as I can tell but like most of the English houses(it hasn't been family owned in some time) getting any real information is about like findings hen's teeth. EF is one of those iconic, quintessentially English scents that is going to be missed by the likes of us Anglophiles. A pox on Penhaligon's for discontinuing it.

There was a rumor to the effect of discontinuation (of the entire line) about two years ago, but the 100ml bottle of EDT is still listed on the Penhaligon's site.
