The Official Kayak Thread

This is one of my favorite fishing grounds. I find it interesting that we're getting hammerheads this far north. The water here has been incredibly warm, I'm one of the biggest cold water wusses ever, but this summer I've spent a lot of time surfing in board shorts.

OK, not really kayaking but a close cousin. I just got back from a week on the water in Quetico Provincial park in Canada (across the border from Minnesota.) I used the trip as a chance to experiment with shaving while camping. Hmmm, probably won't do it again but it was worth a try.
