Need help identifying

All aluminum 4 piece travel razor with Made in Germany stamped on the base plate.
Surprised I could not find anything except the odd mention that Tech knockoffs were made in Germany at some point or other.

I did not buy it. I already have a Gillette Tech travel kit.
I would guess that it is a mild shaver from looking at it.
I would have bought it if the handle was steel as I like the longer handle.
I was just curious really.
