Kent customer service props.

So my beloved bk4 has started shedding recently, tried all the methods of cleaning but to no avail, contacted kent for some help and they just like that said they would send me a brand new bk4, postage paid?? I still dont know what exactly happened.... but low and behold a month later, a package came from kent with a new bk4, red case and all, with also a brush stand! I was expecting something along the lines of "send it to us and we'll have a look" etc, but no.... still kinda stunned.

The cynic inside kinda thinks that it costs them little to make these brushes ( is IT but a brush, no matter how heavenly soft it is) that they just send it.... but still.... two thumbs up from this guy.

I have just brought a BK2, whats an acceptable level of shedding with these ? lost a few with first rinse through and then shave

A few may fall out, but all the Kent brushes I had/ have really didn't lose much hair at all.

Many brands lose a few at the very beginning, but by a couple uses that should be it.

Hey what model are the two on the right? The frosty handles are beautiful!

The frosty handles are the "AP" line. Kent brushes are rock solid.

My BK8 is the most luxurious brush I own and it's nice to know they value their customers that much. Thanks for sharing.
