Finish Recommendations?

Hi, New to the forum-doing an Ever Ready brush restoration for my Wife to put together a memorial display for her Father; who was a Barber by trade. The handle is lucite and I have ordered a new knot. However, I am debating whether to just use a mild plastic Polish or a coating. I have had some things "yellow" over time w/ spar urethane. Any recommendations from the experts here? Thanks!

Lucite doesn't need any coating. If anything it would be undesirable. Just polish it out and enjoy.
