Me too! That recipe is really excellent. So much so that the potato salad, much to my chagrin, overshadowed the three types of German sausages that I made from scratch.

Sometimes my wife and I attend the one in the Kitchener/Waterloo area of Ontario. This year it is running from the 10th to the 18th. Due to disability my wife does not travel well. I'd like to do a little tribute to German cooking. Any recipes you would like to share would be willkommen.
