Here's a Friday night celebration picture! I spend a good 40 minutes each Friday night with just "me-time" pampering. A very relaxing start to the weekend IMO. I wonder if anyone else has a "start of the weekend ritual"!

It's great to read and to see that you're making time for yourself to unwind and relax. I, too, have a Friday ritual that allows me to unwind and prepare for the weekend. It involves enjoying a cup of tea and a croissant with the Sirius XM "Chill" station playing in the background.

That is the perfect way to pamper one's self. That is why I love this way of shaving.

Start to my weekend??

But that didn't stop me!! I celebrated Ed's wedding day by smoking a tasty cigar and enjoying a cold brew on my patio. I also had some tunes playing and was surfing B&B. It was relaxing...but did not shave.

That was not far off target, gentlemen! It was actually a Global Pale Ale. A very nice one from a small-ish Norwegian brewery. Come visit and I'll buy you one!

Actually, I love my alum block. It really makes my skin settle down quickly after a shave. I have somewhat sensitive skin some places, and my first try with this was an epiphany... 
Awesome! I am going to sip Brandy during saturday night shaves in the winter. One hour long pampers. Two passes.
