Burning Sensation for Nivia ASB

Sometimes I can get some very raw and dry skin. When I put Nivea Sensitive ASB on that area, I will get a burning sensation for about 10 seconds.

Anyone else experienced this?

I've got that feeling as well on my neck after a really nasty shave when I was "newer". I thought it was odd as well, but I guess there is something in there that burns like alcohol (at least on raw skin)?

After a poor shave, anything can sting me. Waiting a couple minutes before application often cuts down on the burn.

I still feel my AS splash, but it doesn't hurt.

Nivea is hit or miss with me. Their moisturizer works really well, but I had the same issue with their balm.

that balm was awful on my face. long since trashed. has to be allergy related

Same with me occasionally. Not as bad as the Razorock balms though. The Razorock aftershave waxes are amazing though.

Haven't experienced this with the Nivea. Usually it cools down the burn for me if I get a little to aggressive with my technique.

I don't like any of Nivea's products. They all do weird things to my skin.
