just suggestion, unless you're looking to show movement, use lower aperture and higher iso, push the shutter speed to 1/500 or faster to freeze action.
Thanks. I was hoping to get a bit of that motion blur in one of her punches, but everything happens so bloody fast! Thinking about it though, it probably makes a nicer picture with 'stillness' as opposed to motion? I don't know, trial and error, and error, and error....
