Help with razor ID?

I just acquired this straight off of the bay. It looks like its never been used. A basic google search on the maker came up with nothing.

The handle says Mertens & Naumann Ohligs-Solingen on one side and Finest Silver Steel, Extra Hollow Ground, Solingen, Made in Germany on the other

This might be a long shot, but do any of you have any info on the maker or its age?

Not a lot of info except that Mertens & Naumann were Solingen razor makers.
Ohligs was incorporated into Solingen in 1929 so it's definitely newer than 1929.
I find no listings in my references for Mertens & Naumann prior to 1938.
They are listed as being razor manufacturers in 1945.
They were not in business as Mertens & Naumann as of 1983.
So how about between 1939 and 1983 for sure. At a guess from the look of the scales, box and blade 1940s - 1950s.

Take heart! The great Sage of Razor Wisdom has appeared. He hath imparted his knowledge upon us and, like a whisper, vanished on the wind.

Silver, that looks like a nice score. Get it honed and start shaving! Grats!
