The Pelikan Turquoise showed up in the mail. I've been trying to find a substitute for Mont Blanc Honore de Balzac Dandy Turquoise, and I think this may be very close, especially in a wet 1.5 stub. Being half the price for twice the ink definitely doesn't hurt.
