Kind of like Erolfa with cucumber instead of brine. Not bad, but I like Erolfa better (and I'm not sure I want to smell like cucumber).

Creed Aventus today and tomorrow will be Green Irish Tweed.

Middle: Ylang Ylang, Cedar, Vetiver, Jasmine

Colonia Assoluta reminds me of Creed Original Vetiver with its soapy vetiver vibe, but the vetiver is more subdued and the soapiness more elegant. I am really loving it, but a rash developed on my skin where I applied this frag which remained until the frag turned powdery. I almost did not bother sampling this frag when I seen that it contained Ylang Ylang because I have an essential oil of this flower and I cannot stand it, but AdP has done an excellent job with blending the notes in this frag. Projection is very good and the wonderful soapy vibe continues quite linear for about 5 hours before the frag turns powdery on my skin and this powdery note lingers for another 6-7 hours. On clothing this frag does not turn powdery, projects a wonderful soapy vibe all day long and won't give you a rash either.
