Lambskin jacket care/maintenance - any tips?

I've had lots of leather jackets over the years, but I just picked up my first lambskin jacket (used for $45) two days ago. It's beautiful and incredibly soft, but it has one or two spots that I'd like to touch up a little. Any of you own one? What are you doing to take care of yours?

I use leather cleaner from walmert. Just test it on an area 1st to see if it works well.

"Saddle soap" is often recommended. What kind of stain does it have? A professional leather cleaning service would also work of course, but might be a bit pricey.
