What are the identifying factors to a TV Special Super Speed & regular Super Speed

For the Flare Tip model, the TV Special does not have the latitudinal lines ringing the handle, just the straight lines from head to tip. Some other models require the correct case for identification: in particular, the '54 version was a standard 40s-design in a special "TV" case. There were some others from England and Canada, I believe.
