I returned yesterday from an overnight trip to a CPR conference in Chicago and had a completely unnecessary close shave in getting to the O'Hare airport.
I needed to go to O'Hare from McCormick Place, south of downtown and I called GO Airport Express to pick me up for a 6 PM flight. They agreed to pick me up at 3:30 and did, but I rode around for two entire hours while their van picked up more people. I got to O'Hare at 5:40 for a 6 pm flight; once thru security I had to run like hell to make the flight.
I feel I have to dis-recommend GO Airport Express whenever one is in Chicago for this reason. Due to their poor service, I came close to missing my flight back to Philadelphia.
