$25000 w&b

I love my W&B straights, but $25000?? Wow. In case some are wondering it is an auction for a Lord Stanley W&B. I will admit that it is very interesting/intrigueing and I would love to have it in my collection, but wow.

So, is it just me, or is that way out of line?

There is a thread over at SRP. He is not trying to sell it apparently, just looking for information and because it only costs 50 cents to list on ebay, he took a chance that someone knowledgeable would see it. Well, we saw it, and he's become a member and posted a thread asking for more info.

What? He listed it on eBay in the hopes that someone would message him about it? That is very interesting, if true.
