Fun Fatboy fact

i was curious about how much razors cost back in day relative to today's dollar. The easiest one for me to calculate was the 195, or fatboy, which sold for $1.95.

This would equate to approx $14.32 in today's money. hmm...makes you think twice about all that money we spend on razors...NOT!

Long live RAD!

Better yet, a Gillette Single Ring set that sold for $5.00, early 1900's, would cost $117.86.

Or a Gold New Standard that sold for $6.00 in the 20's would cost $72.82

Back in the Fatboy production era, my Dad would periodically throw out perfectly good razors when buying a new razor/blade pack combo set!
