Yes, the Ohio River & Rudy has the city. The 150 year old Holy Cross-Immaculata Catholic Church is at the top of Mt. Adams, one of Cincinnati's "seven hills".

Your are right, it is Honolulu (on Oahu) and this is the Diamond Head.
The beach is in front of the Hale Koa Hotel (great place!!).
