This was the first blade in a new tuck. The previous 2 tucks were all top tier for me. This blade shaved well but was rough from the outset. I hope this was an outlier.

I'll never understand, how is it possible to shave more than 3 times with the same blade.
For me it's 2 max, 3 and I get redness with the blade, I have a sensitive skin.
Those who shave 4, 5, 6, 7 and even 10 times with the same blade scare me.

Both a Derby Extra and a Chrome Platinum. For head shaves, it’s a one and done (chrome platinum). For the face, it was day 3 on the Derby. It only had two shaves on it, but I find that blades have a lifespan once the first shave occurs.This thread is similar to the "which blade did you use today?" thread. I'm interested in seeing average blade life. No worries if you are a "throw away after 2 days no matter what" person..

I always thought what the beard of the men looks like who only can use blade once or twice .
Yes, beard on my cheeks is light-medium. But chin and jawlin is medium-tough.
I had goatee, but now am full-shaven. And I shave my head.
Today I had 26th shave of BiC blade.
I would like to touch your unshaven face !
