I like Gunpowder tea but haven't had it in a long time.
That's a very nice strainer, a notch up from what I use.
I know the quote wasn’t directed at me, but I bought my strainer on Amazon for $6.88. Thought it was a great deal. Works very well.

No loose leaf tea yet today, just teabags.
1st cup, in a travel mug while grocery shopping with the wife: Bigelow Constant Comment.
2nd cup, just now on the couch: Bigelow green tea with mint.
Man, I do love Constant Comment. Definitely my favorite dust-in-a-bag tea, no question.

York Gold LL today, but I admit I bought a box of Constant Comment this weekend. Nostalgic thing. I'd have bought their Lemon Lift too, if I saw it. A good friend in the 80s served both, usually cold in a sun tea combination with Lipton.

The York Gold LL again, but the nice thing about loose leaf tea is you can vary the strength of the cup, something you can't with teabags. A heaping spoon needed this morning, ugh.

Speakin' of . . .
I know people poo-poo Lipton teabags. But I've got a box of yellow label Lipton teabags at home, and I've found a couple of good uses for them:
1. It's a great base for a nice, strong cup of builder's tea.
2. 1 part Lipton tea, 1 part Amaretto liqueur, 1 part cream. Try it on a cold winter's evening!
