Very pleased today to be writing again with one of my Waterman Kultur pens. When I first got back into fountain pens I foolishly used the Kulturs to learn to smooth nibs and did a terrible job. Now of course they are expensive and you can't really buy spare nibs like you could. Due to my tinkering, none of them have written well for a long time, but this morning I noticed the section on the Medium nib had a crack on both sides. I pulled the nib and feed and replaced the section with another I had, and its writing very nicely indeed. I'm using Waterman Serenity Blue, which is my test ink. I've written through the initial ink glut and it's flowing well. I love this pen because it has a larger section than most, which I find more comfortable to hold than a narrow section.
