Have you measured the bevel angle on this razor and did you use tape on this razor?

I ask because most of my Wade & Butcher near wedges started with bevel angles around 16 degrees and I honed them with one layer of Super 88 tape which brought them up to about 17 degrees plus there was some removal of metal at the edges.
