R. HEINISCH Patent Razor 11/16"

This time honing uses Taiwan Stone+Mejiro Nagura .
A perfect look doesn't exist, but a razor with the right edge can help you enjoy your shaving moments.
The oldest Hollow Ground razor made in the U.S.A.
This razor has a history of about 150 years and has been used by countless users. When I received the razor,
I realized that the blade had been shortened, but I still look forward to the next SOTD.
Between 1870 and 1872, Joseph Turner(Master grinder in Sheffield)immigrated to the U.S.A.
to help R. Heinisch establish a straight razor production line. After Rochus Heinisch's death in 1874,
the company's name was changed to R. Heinisch's Sons. In 1880,
Joseph Turner became president of the J. R. Torrey Company.
