1960’s English Gillette Plastic handle Tech and a Gillette 7 O’clock Yellow (6).

I cannot see clearly from this angle. But does the handle have a hole in the bottom? If so, this is late 70s - early 80s. The earlier ones from the late 60s - early 70s don't have the hole. The change has been made because water tended to remain in the hollow handle.
Your Tech probably has a date code on the bottom plate.
