This H2 Slim and its uglier looking (worn out finish) H1 brother made me to finally fall in love with vintage Gillettes, and are now on their way to Chris at BRG to get re-plated as my birthday gift to myself. One in gold, another in two-tone.
They are not the best shaving or most versatile razors that I have (this honor still goes to my two Parker Variants) but they are very good shavers, especially when paired with a right blade, beautiful mechanical devices, and were already shaving someone a few years before I was even born.
