Edwin Jagger 89L w/ a Shark super stainless blade. I think this was my fourth shave with this particular combo.
Futur on 5.5 with a fresh Feather. Life is good!

5th and last day for the Darwin/Astra SP combo
Today I put a Tesco own brand blade (Israeli Personna apparently) in my weird English-long-comb-sort-of-new-improved with the odd keyhole shaped holes and very short rounded studs in the cap.
If anyone knows anything about this razor or its date I would love to know - it is a fantastic shave, an effortless BBS today.

Merkur #42C 1904 with the same Wilkinson blade. Shave #16 today was better because of the Fat. MWF came through. Some irritation though. Not much but I felt it when I put Old Spice on. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
EJ-89L with Astra-SP, tackling a 2-day stubble. Got DFS out it, but that was all I was shooting for.
1956 Gillette flare tip with Wilkinson blades I buy at WalMart. I use those during the work week & save my Feather's for the weekends when I go out.
The jag and a feather......great shave....so smooth, but a bit of a contradiction......about 6 little nicks.....going too fast.
D1 Toggle on 9 with a Bolzano on shave 3. The bolzano blades are nice and sharp, but they aren't my favorite
My newly aquired 58 TV Rocket and a fresh Wilkensons blade.
1954 (Z3) Superspeed and Dorco ST-301. 2nd shave on a Dorco, and I gotta say that I'm impressed!
Pulled out the 37C Slant after about 6 months. Used a medical Persona...nice shave, BBS.
It looks like this razor. British long comb NEWs have a well earned reputation for giving great, close shaves.
As for me, #66 & Feather.
Gem 1912, GEM(2), Tabac, Plisson
GEM 1912, GEM (3), C.O. Bigelow Menthol (Proraso). DFS, a very comfortable razor to use.
Schick E3 Injector, Bigelow cream whipped up and applied with an Ever Ready 300N nylon brush. BBS all around. Happy face.
