Dude, those are about wrecked! I'd be attaching that photo to an email (P&C?) and getting those replaced.
I sent them this one first thing. Surprisingly it was not P&C, but SP, still waiting to hear back.

Yeah, I was surprised too, but to their credit, they have already responded, and offered to make it right, so Kudos to them.

Yeah, I've never gotten anything but rock star customer service from them.
I have a bones billiard with a tapered stem that had an issue with it. After contacting Chris Morgan I received a free replacement the day after. I even got my preferred saddle bit. I cannot recommend these pipes enough.
