In the USA, the retail price of a gallon of gasoline
is always some number of dollars
plus some number of cents
plus 9/10 of a cent.

Do other nation's retail gasoline prices also always
include 9/10 of their smallest unit of money?

Yep they do. By m3 petrol is £1.45.9 per litre so £6.75 ¹/2 or about $8.11

I get a little annoyed when buying a coffee and ask for either the house coffee or a regular coffee. They look at me like I've fallen from space.so I end up just getting an Americarno.
