Great job on finding the perfect lather. A bit more water and I think you’re there!
With those peaks it is "whipped cream" consistency. The sheen looks good, but with those peaks I'd say you can still add more water. You're shooting for "yogurt", not "whipped cream". At "yogurt" the peaks and ridges will be more rounded and those hanging curls of lather will collapse back into the rest.
