With those peaks it is "whipped cream" consistency. The sheen looks good, but with those peaks I'd say you can still add more water. You're shooting for "yogurt", not "whipped cream". At "yogurt" the peaks and ridges will be more rounded and those hanging curls of lather will collapse back into the rest.

You're very close... Keep at it.

I dont know why I feel that the more water I add to the lather, the foamier it gets instead of yogurt like. Is that normal?
