I would like recommendations for shaving cream with a NATURAL lemon sicilian scent
I tried TOBS Lime Zest and I didn't like it, I found it synthetic, similar to lemon disinfectant.

Can't say if these are Sicilian Lemon, that seems pretty specific. You might like Saponificio Bignoli Mediterranean Citrus...

MDC Agrumes is a very natural lemon scent, but I can’t speak to Sicilian lemon in particular.

TBCH, I really don't know exactly what Sicilian lemons taste/smell like, vs other lemons.
But here are a few of my fav lemony shave creams, FWIW.

I think that AOS Lemon Cream is an intoxicating lemon scent. It a very rich cream and produces a nice thick but slick lather. I have not used it in a while, but when I do, I generally follow it with a hit of Myrsol Lemon A/S, which has a mild menthol component.
